CAN I GET TEA TO FAR FLUNG PLACES?

Yep, you sure can. We ship worldwide, as we believe that everyone deserves a good cuppa!

We use Stripe so you can easily pay for your tea by credit or debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Amex.

Do you need to cancel or change your order? Don’t worry, these things happen! Please contact our customer services via our contact page. Or ring us on 020 8888 8287 (week days only), and a friendly member of the team will be able to help you.

HAVE A DISCOUNT BANANA, WHERE DOES IT GO?

Oh you lucky thing, that means that you get to enjoy an exclusive discount on your purchase. It’s really simple. After you go to check out, it will bring you to an order summary page. On the left hand side there is a box that says ‘ Discount banana’, just pop your code in there and click ‘Apply’ and then, ta-dah! You will get your money off your purchase.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE (UK)

No one wants to wait too long by the kettle! All orders placed before 1pm are shipped the same day and you will receive it in 1 – 2 working days. * PLEASE NOTE – during Christmas holidays there might be some delays*

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST FOR SHIPPING (UK)

Any order over £15 is absolutely free - that’s right, completely and utterly gratis. No catch. For orders below £15 there will be a standard postage charge of £3.50 which will be added onto your order at the checkout.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE (INTERNATIONAL)

Wherever you are in the world, we will deliver our tea directly to your door. For countries in Europe, it will take 2-7 working days. Further flung places might take a little longer, please allow 10- 14 working days.

HOW MUCH DOES INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COST?

International shipping won’t cost you monkey nuts! However, it will vary depending on where you are on the globe, but don’t worry, this will all be calculated for you at the checkout after you've chosen from our store!

IS THERE PLASTIC IN YOUR PACKAGING OR TEA BAGS?
